French Bay in Titirangi, Auckland is a great place for affordable, fun, social sailing for both adults and children. This small, community is located in Titirangi, Auckland. Its location overlooking the Manukau Harbour is unique and special . It is a family oriented and friendly, while the Manukau Harbour continues to offer a unique sailing venue.
Enjoy the Tour with Eden Park Bed and Breakfast and SuperCare4u at French Bay in Titirangi Auckland.
When you are in the Accommodation industry you get to hear of some crazy stories about other properties. This one is a pure hoot of a story about a high class property forgetting about the small details
A Danish family who have spent thousands of dollars visiting exclusive Huka Lodge were horrified the driver organised by the resort was arrested on the way back to Auckland – leaving the family stranded at a McDonald’s. Kare Schultz, his girlfriend Marianne Schnor and her four children, had spent four days at Huka Lodge in Taupo and were about halfway between Taupo and Hamilton when their driver was pulled over by police on Thursday. The driver was arrested for giving false details and the family were told by an officer he had no driver’s licence and was known to them.
Appalled, they contacted Huka Lodge and were told they could have a 50 per cent refund, only to have the offer withdrawn by the general manager the next day and a lesser amount promised.
The resort’s general manager last night said they were reviewing their links with the transport company and the driver involved refused to comment. Mr Schultz and his family arrived in Auckland on July 15 and met the driver who would take them to Taupo at the airport. The transport had been arranged by the resort when they booked and cost $1000 each way.
At Eden park Bed and Breakfast we provide Airport Transfers but use a legal transportation company called Supercare4u.com
Winter is definitely here at Eden Park Bed and Breakfast in Auckland. I got up this morning to a rare sight of frost on the lawn and an icy window on the Supercare4u.com van.
Bed nights are down in the Accommodation sector,so the slow down in Tourism is now in full swing for winter. This is the time where you do whatever maintenance can be done. There is still regularity with our business clients and from the Eden Park convention center .

Yahoo ! We have test rugby back at Eden Park this weekend with New Zealand’s World Champions All Blacks playing Ireland at 1935 hrs on Saturday.
This their first game since winning the RWC last year and this armchair warrior is looking forward to the game. Alas I will be pulling a shift on Supercare4u.com that is providing the mobility transport at the ground so will not get to watch the game live.
We are full house at Eden Park Bed and Breakfast for the weekend and are still turning people away. It makes you think about having more rooms but then sanity re emerges and you are thankful of the fact that it is better to have a smaller property with rooms full than a larger one with empty rooms.
Soooooo………go the All Blacks !

What’s miserable day for weather in Auckland. Lady GaGa is in town for a concert so welcome to NZ on a wet day.Tourism is dowwwwwn. A top end accommodation house has notified the industry that it is closing down. I guess the percentage that pay one thousand + a night is in short supply.
At Eden Park Bed and Breakfast we are slower but maintaining continuity. We have always worked on the premise that affordable pricing benefits in the long term. This is one reason why we have a rate per person rather than per room!
We have full house this weekend within International Rugby Test being played at Eden Park between New Zealand( All Blacks) and Ireland. I have to provide the disability transportation at the park with Supercare4u.com. Gonna be a busy weekend.

Another busy day at Eden Park Bed and Breakfast.Guest in and guests out.Gearing up for a busy weekend with Australia v Ireland at Eden Park on Saturday. I will be working Supercare4u.com at the stadium with the mobility transportation option.
I was listening to the radio before and they had a member of the Samoan Rugby team being interviewed and he was explaining his wonder about being able to train in a proper Gym and have protein drinks as part of his conditioning workout. This rugby team will cause all sorts of problems with their opponents. They are huge and like nothing better than to tackle a person hard. They play Wales on Sunday and I suggest that Wales is not looking forward to this contest…..GO SAMOA.
